LendSharp provides an AI-powered auto loan pre-qualification tool that estimates the interest rates and loan terms you may qualify for, based on information you provide. The Service also identifies manufacturer promotions and special rates available through dealerships in your area.

LendSharp is not a lender, bank, or financial institution.

We do not make lending decisions, guarantee loan approval, or guarantee specific interest rates. Pre-qualification results are estimates only and are not binding offers of credit. Actual loan terms, rates, and approval are determined by individual lenders based on their own criteria and a full credit review.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service. You understand that inaccurate information may result in inaccurate pre-qualification estimates. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our Service, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Pre-Qualification Results

Pre-qualification results provided by our Service are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available rate data. These results do not constitute a loan offer, a guarantee of any specific rate or terms, a commitment to lend, or financial advice.

Rates and promotions displayed are subject to change without notice. Manufacturer promotional rates are subject to eligibility requirements set by the manufacturer and participating dealerships, which may include creditworthiness, vehicle selection, and geographic restrictions.

6. Third-Party Lending Partners

If you choose to proceed with a lending partner through our Service, you will be subject to that lender's own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any third-party lender. Any agreement you enter into with a lender is solely between you and that lender.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying AI technology — are owned by LendSharp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes damages for lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, or any damages resulting from reliance on pre-qualification estimates.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LendSharp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
